Where do you ship?

Currently we ship nationwide within the Republic of Ireland.

Do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat fee of €7.50 for shipping around Ireland. We also offer free shipping on orders over €100. We run discounts and promotions all year, sign up to our newsletter for exclusive offers.

How long will it take to get my order?

Nationwide: Allow 4-7 working days to receive standard orders and 7-14 working days to receive personalised orders. You can also find us on Deliveroo for same day delivery in Dublin!

Standard orders: We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 72 hours (3 working days), and shipping can take between 2-5 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. Please check your Spam Folder if you don't see a confirmation email when you place your order. If you have received a dispatch notification and you haven't received your delivery after 5 working days following this, please let us know and we will track your order.

Personalised orders: We need up to 7 working days to process, design, print, bottle, hand label and dispatch your personalised order. Orders placed the previous week (Monday until midnight on Sunday) are dispatched or ready for collection the following Tuesday. Once shipped your order will take 2-5 working days to be delivered. To be safe, please allow 14 working days from ordering to receiving your personalised order.

Collections: You can also collect your order from us at Cuckoo Lane 7 days a week, 10am-10pm. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect, this is usually within a couple of hours. Orders that include personalised labels will be ready for collection on Wednesdays if placed up to midnight on Sunday the previous week.

Please note, we cannot guarantee a date of delivery especially during busy periods as we rely on third party shipping providers, however we will always try to accommodate special requests. Please get in touch by emailing our dispatch team hello@craftcocktails.ie and we will do our best to help.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use local drivers for Dublin city and inner suburbs (within 3km of BAR 1661), and UPS for secure nationwide delivery. 

Can I track my order?

Our carrier aims to deliver within 2-5 working days. During busy periods, this may be longer. Please contact us if you haven't received your order a full 5 working days after receiving a shipping notification and we will track your order.

Can I return my product?

If there is a problem with your delivery we’re happy to help if we can, however If you have opened your bottle we can’t take it back!

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can collect your order if you are in Dublin. Just choose collection at checkout. We are open for collection from 10am-10pm, 7 days a week at Cuckoo Lane, right beside BAR 1661 off Capel Street in Dublin 7. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.
